Dr. Jasmine Elia DNP, PMHNP-BC, certified in women’s health, certified mental health and nutrition specialist, brings years of experience in perinatal psychiatry (pre-partum/postpartum depression, anxiety, psychosis) + a whole-person approach.

Virtual or Office Visits:
Prefer to meet in our peaceful office space or to have a virtual visit? We offer comprehensive initial consultations (60–90 minutes) and thoughtful follow-up sessions (30–45 minutes), tailored to support you through the perinatal and postpartum seasons. Our services include a holistic, integrative approach and, when appropriate, medication management, as well as nutrition and lifestyle support to strengthen overall well-being.

If medications are not part of your plan, we provide evidence-based, holistic approaches that honor your preferences while addressing mood, sleep, stress, and overall mind-body wellness. Our goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Enhanced Support Packages (Optional):
We offer optional support packages designed for clients needing the highest level of support: create a 3- or 6-month plan with regular check-ins, phone/text access, family/partner involvement, nutritional check-ins, and coordination of care across providers (Inquire for pricing).

We offer both insurance-based and self-pay services. For plans in which we are considered out-of-network, superbills are available upon request to support potential reimbursement.
